Refund policy

Due to the small-batch, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you want to return unopened products, please contact us at hello@floandtheo.com. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

7-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened In original packaging
• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Once approved, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping charges
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• The item must be unused and unopened In original packaging

Order Cancellation
You may cancel or make changes to orders placed within 24 hours by emailing hello@floandtheo.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@floandtheo.com.
