Do your products contain parabens or petroleum-based ingredients?

Do FLO+THEO products contain palm oil?
Some of our soaps are formulated with responsibly sourced palm oil. When used thoughtfully, palm oil contributes to a rich, stable lather and a well-balanced bar.
We believe in supporting Sustainable Palm — Done Right. The palm oil used in our formulations is sourced from suppliers committed to responsible production practices and environmental stewardship.
Product Care & Use
How do I store my body butter?
The body butter is best stored at a cool temperature. Settling and/or melting may occur in warm weather, this however will not affect the beneficial properties of the body butter.
How can I make my soap last longer?
Allow your soap to dry between uses by placing it on a well-draining soap dish and keeping it away from direct streams of water.
How should body oil be applied?
Body oil is best applied to slightly damp skin after bathing. This helps seal in moisture and leaves the skin feeling soft and nourished.
How do I use beard elixir?
Apply a few drops to the palms, rub hands together and massage through the beard and into the skin beneath to soften and condition.

When will my order ship?
We hand-craft each item, so please allow up to one week for your item to ship.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of personal care products, opened items cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

How long do your products last?
Our products have a shelf life between 12 months. However we do recommend you use within 6 months of purchase to ensure peak freshness.
Can I use body oil and body butter together
Yes. Body oil and body butter can be layered for deeper hydration. Apply the oil to damp skin first to seal in moisture, then follow with body butter for added nourishment.
Do natural products smell different over time?
Products made with natural ingredients may evolve slightly in scent over time. This is normal and reflects the natural character of botanical oils and essential oils.
